Home staging is creative, rewarding, and fast-paced. Our team works together to prepare homes for the Las Vegas real estate market, creating welcoming spaces that help buyers connect with each property.

We value team members who are reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and willing to jump in wherever they’re needed.

Depending on the role, the work may involve selecting décor, styling rooms, organizing inventory, carefully moving furniture, preparing accessories, assisting during installations and maintaining our warehouse.

About Stage The Space

Stage The Space was founded by Fiorenza Bilak, an award-winning home stager and interior designer originally from Northern Italy. After earning her Interior Design degree from The Art Institute of Las Vegas, Fiorenza discovered the power of staging while accompanying her husband, Marcel, a real estate investor, to an open house. She saw how thoughtfully scaled furniture, curated décor, and intentional design could help buyers emotionally connect with a property while supporting faster sales and stronger offers.

Today, Fiorenza brings that vision to every project as an ASP® Accredited Staging Professional, SDP® Expert and Master Level professional, and Accredited Color Consultant, transforming homes at every price point into warm, memorable spaces that leave a lasting first impression.
