The homeowner will walk with the designer, taking notes and pictures, and learn on the spot what to do. The investment is $250 up to 3500 ft.² of finished space, larger homes will be quoted accordingly. Very effective and budget-friendly solution for those who want to DIY but don’t know where to start.
Consult and Report:
The homeowner will receive a detailed, bullet-point report with specific and detailed step-by-step, room-by-room instructions.  The investment is $450 up to 3500 ft.² of finished space, larger homes will be quoted accordingly. Great for the homeowner who needs detailed guidance in their DIY.
Consult Hands-On:
The designer will assess what needs to be done and help the homeowner editing the spaces. Sometimes we recommend the help of a professional organizer to speed up the process and make the move effortless for the busy homeowner. The investment is $250 up to 3500 ft.² of finished space, larger homes will be quoted accordingly and an additional $150/hr. The designer can shop for the homeowner at an hourly rate of $95.
