Fiorenza was born and raised in a small village named Castelfranco Emilia near Modena in Northern Italy. After meeting her future-husband Marcel while both were on vacation in Italy, she moved to the U.S. in 2003. Later, she graduated in interior design from The Art Institute of Las Vegas and then started raising a family having two beautiful twin girls with Marcel.
One day, when accompanying her husband Marcel Bilak – a Southern California and Las Vegas based residential and commercial real estate investor—to an open house, Fiorenza had an epiphany: staging with appropriately aesthetic accessories and eye-catching furniture would not only spruce up the showing but it would immeasurably make it more pleasing to the eye and desirable to prospective buyers. Because of her efforts, the property received multiple above-market offers much more quickly than had happened with previous showings.
Fiorenza realized an empty home does not look appealing to the potential
buyer; on the contrary, a well-furnished and strategically-accessorized property paints the perfect picture and makes a grand first impression no matter the listing price.
Quickly thereafter, Fiorenza obtained ASP and Master SDP accreditations from the two major home-staging training companies in the U.S. Combining these accreditations with already being an accredited color consultant has only enhanced the quality of her work and her and her husband’s sales success!
